IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE NOTES: 1) I saw a guy use Open D Tuning at an Open Mic Night singing this Tom Petty
                                song and I thought to myself "This sounds pretty cool" and went home and
                                found that DADGAD Tuning (Celtic Tuning )worked much better. To take
                                advantage of all the Open D Strings I transposed the song down a Full
                                Step and clipped a Capo to the 3rd Fret to bring it back to the Original
                                Intended key of F
 
                             2) This song just screams to be played with a 12 string acoustic. There are
                                actually two 12 strings guitars on the Original recording
 
                             3) Chord names are NOT relative to Capo (III) position
 
                             4) This tab is designed f/ a Solo Performance and the DADGAD Tuning makes
                                the Chord progression much easier to play and Infinately more more
                                interesting to the ears
