Chord structure looks right... Roy played this in F at the Black & White Night Concert... not sure about the original 1956 recording though.

It's great with the chord structure. I like to play it with dominant 7th chords seems to add a little tension.I just play a single strum down stroke on the 2 and 4 backbeats with the drummer.But I may think of ways to improve.

Looks good but I believe it should have the guitar instrumental between the verses.
Other than that, it's good :)
