Great song, love the band, and the Chords are good; however, if you are concerned about "music theory", then just one note: change all the Abm chords to G#m chords. Its the same chord, but to a musician or anyone that knows music theory, G#m is the more accurate choice to analyze the song/chords, otherwise, awesome job.

Not completely sure about this, but could it be that the chord at 'blind' changes to G# (major)?
