you can transpose the whole thing down a semi tone and add a capo on 1 and play all the chords as normal full chords, not as "5" chords, and it will sound a lot more accurate and make it a whole lot easier to play

The chord for the second C#5 is wrong and should be G#5, and the chorus just sounds really off and probably isn't based just off those four chords.
