There is a corresponding Brass Postlude 2 that goes with it. Brass Prelude 2 is modern in style and might be used on a Sunday with a more modern or aggressive choir anthem, but like all of the Preludes in this series it is designed to start worship on an uplifting note. This piece requires a more advanced quintet because of the tonal structures and the requirement for a piccolo trumpet in A.
