The only pieces for which publication information can be found are Nos.3 and 4. In the composer's collection of manuscripts at UC-Berkeley can be found Op.40 No.1 Prelude in B-flat minor and two scores identified as Op.40 No.2 Menuet gracieuse and Humoreske. Cannot find any evidence that there was an overall title for the pieces included in Op.40 so listing them as Piano Pieces.
