  • Actually Violin Sonata No.1 ; a second sonata in G major followed in 1910 (and a third in A minor later - the last published from manuscript only in 1996, see WorldCat.) (There are recordings of a movement from his 2nd sonata, arranged. The entire 2nd violin sonata, actually, was recorded with Fryklöf's Sonata alla leggenda on LP -see WorldCat.)
  • Recorded (on a 2013 cpo CD) as "Violin Sonata, Op.1". This may be a typo (or a later addition.)- Schissel
