Copyright
Misc. Notes No.2 from 32278011450834: Tarantelle, Charles H. Templeton, Sr. sheet music collection. Special Collections, Mississippi State University Libraries (citation by request). Ditson edition not exactly a reprint- there are new fingerings throughout, but the basic print is the same as is the style of certain kinds of marks ("con fuoco", "Ped.") suggesting the fingerings have been printed on the Russell edition rather than a new one made, and the plates adjusted (if that can be done?) rather than new ones made.
