Extra Information Bibliographie de la France and other sources list Reicha's Op.82 as published in 1815 or so, his Op.98 quartets as published in 1820, etc. suggesting that this might have been published in the 1820s. It is mentioned in the June 1828 AMZ (Intelligenzblatt section), good evidence that it was published around then. - Schissel (actually, his opus numbers aren't very useful for composition or publication dates, I gather...).
