Composer, Organist, and ecclesiastical arranger Wlliam Boyce was considered one of the leading musicians of his day. He completed the great tome Cathedral Music following the death of the editor which is still in use in Anglican services. He was widely celebrated for his odes, anthems, masques, incidental music and in particular his eight symphonies. The composer’s inventiveness and musicality are apparent in this late Baroque work.
