First performed on the 8th November 2003 at the Albert Hall, London. The piece is written for double choir, one as a central focus and another as a semi-chorus 'Echo-Choir'. The two groups are then unified for the closing Kohima movements. In accordance with the occasion, the music is slow, noble and highly dignified.Translation
