Original

Ansbacher Orgelbuchlein. 18 Choral Settings. Composed by Enjott Schneider. For organ. This edition. ED 20348. Saddle-stitch. Organ Music. Grade 3. Composed 2007. 60 pages. Duration 36 minutes. Published by Schott Music. SD.49017043. ISBN 9790001151290. This collection of eighteen choral arrangements of melodies from the Protestant hymn book is meant to be used in services and little concerts. Rather varied with regard to the compositional approach of the individual arrangements, the collection, like a kind of informative selection, shows the different possibilities of how to deal with a tonal melody in post-modern pluralism. The stylistic patterns presented can easily be drawn out and transferred to other chorales for the purpose of an improvisation exercise, which serves as the educational aspect of this organ book. Agnus Dei. Allein Gott in der Hoh'sei Ehr. Aus tiefer Not schrei ich zu dir. Befiehl du deine Wege. Frohlich soll mein Herze springen. Herr Jesu Christ, dich zu uns wend. Herzliebster Jesu, was hast du verbrochen. Komm Gott Schopfer, heiliger Geist. Komm, Heiliger Geist, Herre Gott. Nun Komm Der Heiden Heiland. Nun singet und seid froh. O Heiland, reiss die Himmel auf. O Lamm Gottes, unschuldig. Schmucke Dich, O Liebe Seele. Von Gott Will Ich Nicht Lassen. Wachet Auf, Ruft Uns Die Stimme. Wie soll ich dich empfangen. Wir danken dir, Herr Jesu Christ.

Agnus Dei. Allein Gott in der Hoh'sei Ehr. Out of the depths I cry to Thee. Commit your ways you. Frohlich to jump my heart. Lord Jesus Christ, you wend to us. Heart Dearest Jesus, what have you done wrong. Come God Creator, Holy Spirit. Come, Holy Spirit, Lord God. Now Come The Heiden Heiland. Now sing and be glad. O Saviour, the heavens tear on. O Lamb of God, innocent. Jewelry thee, O Soul. From God I Will Not Leave. Wachet Auf, Gets Us The Voice. How should I receive you. We thank you, Lord Jesus Christ.
