Original

Konzert E flat major. fur Klarinette und Orchester. Composed by Jan Antonin Kozeluh. For clarinet and orchestra. clarinet solo, 2 clarinets, 2 horns, strings. Musica Viva Historica 14. Czech title. Koncert Es dur pro klarinet a orchestr. Classical. Piano reduction. Publication language. Czech. German. English. Published by Editio Baerenreiter Praha. PA.H3888. ISBN 9790260105232. With Publication language. Czech. German. English. Classical. 31 x 23.5 cm inches. This transparent composition is almost a textbook example of music of Classical period with its characteristic melodic features. The piano reduction as well as the revision of the solo part was done by a known clarinet player prof. Jiri Kratochvil. He has also marked a possible, very sensible abridgement which, in case the performer follows this suggestion, should rather help the composition. The concerto is not difficult. it may be played by students in the first years of their studies at the Conservatory.
