Original

17 Church sonatas composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. 1756-1791. Arranged by Zsigmond Szathmary. For organ solo. This edition. Paperbound. German title. 17 Kirchensonaten fur Orgel solo arr. Sz.. Collection. 96 pages. Published by Carus Verlag. CA.1806700. ISBN M-007-09142-2. There are seventeen one-movement instrumental compositions known to have been composed by Mozart designated as either "Church sonatas" or "Epistle sonatas". These consist partly of simple trios for two violins and bass, partly of generous, concertante movements with obbligato organ.
